The Observatory of Sustainability of Civil Organizations of the Arab Center for the Sustainability of the National Action at the Misr Al-Khair Foundation issued a policy paper entitled "The role of civil organizations in drying the sources of the fine in light of achieving the first goal of sustainable development goals eliminating poverty."

The paper came as a result of a "round table" discussion that was organized under the umbrella of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the National Alliance of Private Action and in the presence of a number of experts and representatives of civil organizations, the government and private sector and international organizations concerned with the issue of the fine in Egypt, which are the parties concerned with drying the sources of the fine in light of the first goal of the first goal of Sustainable Development Goals "Eliminate Poverty

Participated in the meeting, 55 experts and representatives of international and government agencies, civil society and the media. The discussion took place between the participants on three axes: -

• The first axis : the issue of sung and the reasons for it

• The third axis : institutional and legislative interventions to face the issue of fine in Egypt.

The paper includes a proposed societal vision and recommendations for the bodies and parties concerned to facilitate the contribution of civil organizations to drying the sources of fine, especially in the most needy areas.
